Drying Combo — Most Popular for Wet Carpet and Clean-Water Leaks
- Short-term hire: $75 + GST per day
- Minimum hire: 3 days
- Seven-day package: $400 + GST
Included: one commercial 90L dehumidifier, two drying fans, a moisture meter, an on-site thermal assessment where suitable, and Auckland delivery and collection subject to booking timing and site access.
This is a practical option for contained clean-water leaks affecting carpet, underlay, lower walls, renovation drying and persistent humidity. It is not a substitute for a tailored assessment where water is contaminated, electrical risks are present, the leak is active, or water has spread through wall cavities or adjoining rooms.
Carpet Dryer / High-Velocity Fan Hire
- From: $35 + GST per fan, per day
- Minimum hire: 3 days
- Helpful for: wet carpet, underlay, skirting, enclosed corners and targeted airflow beside a dehumidifier.
Fans work best with commercial dehumidification in a contained drying zone: airflow helps moisture evaporate, while the dehumidifier removes it from the air.

What Can Change the Recommended Setup?
Room size, temperature, humidity, water source, the amount of moisture, ventilation, wall cavities, underlay and the number of adjoining rooms can all affect the equipment plan. Moisture readings guide the drying decision; surface feel alone does not.
